Practice is the way. What is your practice?
Our work helps solve collective problems, the smallest and the largest, using tried and true methods: being quiet, listening, paying attention, being intentional, following through.
There's a drill in basketball called the three-man weave. Three players, one ball, and the whole length of the court. You pass, then you run behind the person you just passed to. Pass and follow. Pass and follow. Nobody dribbles. Nobody runs a straight line. And the ball gets to the other end faster than any one player could have carried it on their own.
What does it teach us?
